Sendlove Online Gift Shop – Operated by Amakia Enterprises Private Limited


1. Definitions

  • “Buyer” refers to any individual or entity purchasing products on Sendlove.co.zw.
  • “Platform” refers to Sendlove.co.zw, operated by Amakia Enterprises Private Limited.
  • “Seller” refers to third-party vendors listing products on the Platform.

2. Buyer Rights & Obligations

2.1 Order Placement

  • Buyers warrant that all provided information (delivery address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
  • Orders constitute an offer to purchase and are binding once payment is confirmed.

2.2 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made via approved methods (credit/debit card or mobile money).
  • The Platform reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after 24 hours.

2.3 Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
    • Seller processing time.
    • Logistics partner availability.
  • Buyers must provide secure delivery instructions; the Platform is not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Return Conditions

  • Buyers may request returns only under the Seller’s published Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) policy.
  • Eligible reasons include:
    • Product not as described.
    • Damaged or defective items (must report within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Perishables
    • Personalized goods (unless faulty).

3.2 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method or another method agreed upon between the Buyer, the Seller and the Platform.
  • Sendlove.co.zw may mediate disputes guided by Zimbabwe’s Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 14:14).

4. Buyer Conduct

  • Buyers agree not to:
    • Use the Platform for fraudulent transactions.
    • Misrepresent return reasons.
    • Harass Sellers or Platform staff.
  • Violations may result in account suspension.

5. Platform Liability

  • Sendlove.co.zw is an intermediary and not liable for:
    • Seller product quality or delivery delays.
    • Third-party delivery issues (e.g., courier errors).
  • Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Unresolved issues may be escalated to:
    1. Platform customer service ([email protected]).
    2. Consumer Protection Commission (Zimbabwe).
    3. Courts of Zimbabwe.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Zimbabwean laws, including:

  • Consumer Protection Act (Chapter 14:14).

8. Amendments

  • The Platform may update these terms with 30 days’ notice (posted on the website).
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance.
