Sendlove Online Gift Shop – Operated by Amakia Enterprises Private Limited
1. Definitions
- “Seller” refers to any individual or entity listing products for sale on Sendlove.co.zw.
- “Platform” refers to Sendlove.co.zw, operated by Amakia Enterprises Private Limited.
- “Delivery Partner” refers to the party responsible for logistics (Seller or Sendlove.co.zw).
2. Seller Obligations
2.1 Product Listings & Inventory Management
- Sellers must ensure all listed products are accurately described, priced, and in stock.
- Sellers must promptly update inventory levels to reflect stockouts or discontinuations.
- Misrepresentation of products may result in account suspension.
2.2 Order Fulfillment
- Upon sale, Sellers must prepare the product for delivery within 24 hours.
- Two delivery options apply:
- Seller-Managed Delivery:
- Seller arranges pickup/delivery (free or fee-based).
- Payment for the product is released by Sendlove.co.zw only after confirmed delivery.
- Platform-Managed Delivery:
- Sendlove.co.zw collects and delivers the product.
- Seller receives payment minus commission upon collection.
- Seller-Managed Delivery:
2.3 Pricing & Commissions
- A 10% commission is deducted from each sale.
- The Seller dashboard displays the net earnings per product (sale price minus commission).
- Sellers must factor this into pricing to ensure profitability.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Sellers must define their RMA policy (e.g., refund window, conditions for returns) on their dashboard.
- Buyers may request returns only under the Seller’s specified terms.
- Sendlove.co.zw reserves the right to mediate disputes in compliance with Zimbabwe’s Consumer Protection Act.
4. Payments
- Sellers receive payments via approved methods (bank transfer, mobile money) within 7 business days of order completion.
- For Seller-managed deliveries, payment is contingent on proof of delivery.
5. Account Termination
5.1 By Seller
- Sellers may terminate their account at any time, provided:
- No pending orders exist for which payment has been issued.
- All active disputes are resolved.
5.2 By Sendlove.co.zw
- The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms.
- Fraudulent activity.
- Repeated failure to fulfill orders.
- Sellers will be notified of termination in writing.
6. Liability & Dispute Resolution
- Sendlove.co.zw acts as an intermediary and is not liable for Seller-buyer disputes.
- Sellers indemnify Amakia Enterprises against claims arising from product quality or delivery issues.
- Disputes unresolved within 14 days may be escalated to Zimbabwean courts.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, including:

- Sendlove.co.zw may update these terms with 30 days’ notice via email or dashboard alerts.
- Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
Acceptance
By listing products on Sendlove.co.zw, Sellers agree to these terms unconditionally.
