Data Deletion on the Website
We respect your privacy and provide you with a way to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data from Sendlove.co.zw. This includes your name, email address (including any data from Google Sign-In), order history, and any seller data (if you are a registered seller).
- Compose an email from the email address registered to your Sendlove.co.zw account.

- Use the subject line: “Account Data Deletion Request”.
Our support team will verify your request and process the permanent deletion. We will send you a final confirmation email once the process is complete.
Data Deletion on the Mobile Applications
Step 1: Access Settings
Open the app and navigate to the Settings tab located in the bottom navigation bar (highlighted as 1 in the image below).
Step 2: Select “Delete Account”
In the Settings menu, locate the Delete Account option marked with a trash can icon (highlighted as 2 above). Tap this option to proceed.
Step 3: Confirm Deletion
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking: “Are you sure you want to delete your account?” To finalize the permanent deletion of your data, tap the red Yes button (highlighted as 3 in the image below).
8. Retention Period
- Active users: Data stored while account is active.
- Inactive users: Deleted after 3 years unless legal requirements apply (e.g., tax records).
9. Cookies & Tracking
- Essential cookies: Required for checkout (cannot opt out).
- Analytics cookies: Disable via browser settings.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed at minors under 16. Unauthorized use by children must be reported to the platform via [email protected].
