SendLove

1. Delivery Timeline

All orders fulfilled by SendLove are processed and delivered within 10 to 14 days from the date of order placement. You will receive a notification once your gift is en route.

2. Returns Policy

We want your gift to be perfect. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item clearly displays a manufacturing defect.

• The item is unopened and in its original packaging.

• Note: Perishable items (like fresh flowers or food) are exempt from returns unless defective upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 21 days from the original date of purchase. Funds will be credited back via the original payment method used.

4. Shipping & Logistics

• Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

• Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details. SendLove is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Tracking: A tracking reference will be provided for all orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for the 14-day window, SendLove is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or extreme weather conditions.
